Donate To Our Legal Fund!

The New York City Pedicab Owners' Association gladly accepts contributions to its legal fund. Our legal costs have amounted to well over $20,000 in the last year, and we're a tiny organization. If you are keen to support NYCPOA in its legal challenges with the city's administration of the Pedicab Law (Local Law 19) to ensure well established and insured pedicab companies survive, you are encouraged to either donate through PayPal or send a check to the following address.

Please note that the NYCPOA is a not for profit 501(c)6 trade
association. Contributions to the legal fund are not tax deductible
as personal donations (as are donations to 501(c)3 organizations) but
could be declared as a business expense if you itemize on your return.
